- Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs, slighty beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light karo syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
- 1 cup pecans (whole or peices)

- preheat oven 350
- mix butter and eggs, (make sure butter is cool or you will cook the eggs)
- add karo and sugar, mix. add pecans. pour into unbaked pie shell.
- bake 1 hr, or until pie is almost set.
